# Analysis and Challenge Log

## A-001 — Candidate interpretation

**Question:** Does a visual activity sequence appear to support smoother transitions into group
movement activities?

**Initial interpretation:** The visual sequence may help participants anticipate the next activity.

## Evidence that supports the interpretation

- `E-002` records a shorter transition than the verbal-directions-only demonstration session.
- `E-004` records participants using the visual sequence without an additional prompt.

## Evidence that weakens or complicates it

- `E-003` records a slower transition while the visual sequence was still in use.
- The room, staffing, and equipment conditions differed across sessions.
- Only one verbal-directions-only comparison is available.
- No structured participant feedback has been collected.

## Bounded conclusion

The visual sequence is a plausible, low-burden support worth observing further. The current records
do **not** establish that it caused the faster transition.

## What would change the conclusion

Collect at least three additional, comparable sessions with:

- the same transition definition;
- room and staffing conditions recorded;
- visual-sequence use recorded;
- one short, accessible participant-feedback item;
- exceptions or disruptions documented.

## Human review checkpoint

`PROPOSED — HUMAN REVIEW`

The program professional should confirm that the observations are accurate and that continued use of
the visual sequence is operationally appropriate before the interpretation enters a meeting brief.
